In line with new regulatory requirements regarding compliance structures, ubicima has a Compliance Unit that supervises and promotes ethical behaviour among employees and monitors compliance with current legislation applicable to the group’s activities and with the organisation’s internal regulations.<\/p>\n

Acting with integrity is more than just protecting the company’s image and reputation; it is also about maintaining a place where everyone is proud to work. For this reason, ubimia has a code of ethics which, through its basic values and principles, defines the guidelines for behaviour.<\/p>\n

It is a confidential and private communication channel available to all employees associated with ubimia. The purpose of the reporting channel is to receive, retain and deal with irregularities or breaches of regulations, as well as possible improper conduct by employees or companies belonging to ubimia.<\/p>\n

Scope of the complaint<\/h3>\n

Any irregularity or regulatory breach linked to financial, accounting, commercial or behavioural malpractice committed by ubimia employees or companies can be reported through the reporting channel.<\/p>\n

Reporting the complaint<\/h3>\n

Complaints shall be submitted via the complaints channel on the Ubimia website, using the link provided at the bottom of this webpage. All complaints received will be processed confidentially by the Compliance Committee.<\/p>\n

Contents of the complaint<\/h3>\n

In order to properly investigate the reported incidents, all complaints must include the following information:<\/p>\n

Detailed account of the alleged facts<\/strong><\/p>\n

The name or names of those involved shall be provided, specifying their positions and full names, together with a statement of the facts in as much detail as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to the information provided, the complainant must clarify when the incident occurred and indicate whether it is still occurring at present.<\/p>\n

Impact of the reported incidents<\/strong><\/p>\n

Whenever possible, a quantification of the damage caused by the reported incident or incidents will be provided, whether economic, ethical or personal. Additional information may also be added if necessary.<\/p>\n

Evidence of inappropriate behaviour<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to obtain further information and facilitate the analysis of the facts, where possible and necessary, documentation proving or clarifying the facts reported may be provided.<\/p>\n
