Madrid, 4 November 2024<\/b><\/em> \u2013 <\/span>The <\/span>PFS Group<\/span><\/a> has relocated its main offices in Madrid and Valencia, aligning them with its <\/span>Efficient Work (eWork)<\/span><\/b><\/a> model, which has revolutionised the way its more than 500 employees work by integrating flexibility, efficiency, and sustainability as fundamental pillars.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The eWORK model has demonstrated that the physical office is no longer essential for maintaining high productivity levels. According to Jorge Giner, CFO and Deputy CEO of PFSTECH, <\/span>the physical office is no longer a fundamental requirement for achieving maximum efficiency<\/span><\/b>. “Our employees\u2019 freedom to choose their workplace has been key to improving productivity and job satisfaction,” says Giner.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This system allows employees to <\/span>work from anywhere and enjoy flexible hours<\/span><\/b> tailored to their needs and tasks. Through the <\/span>eWORK tool<\/span><\/b>, developed in-house, employees can organise and manage their goals, facilitating team coordination and enhancing overall efficiency.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

New Offices: More Sustainable and Collaborative Spaces<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The new PFS offices, <\/span>better connected by public transport<\/span><\/b>, provide easier access for employees and reduce the use of private vehicles, significantly contributing to <\/span>lowering the carbon footprint<\/span><\/b>. These premises, redesigned to foster collaborative work both on-site and remotely, are more efficient and feature unassigned workstations, enabling resource optimisation and <\/span>reducing energy consumption.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>new headquarters in Madrid<\/span><\/b> is located in the Bilma Building in Las Tablas (Calle Mar\u00eda Tubau n\u00ba9), a building designed by Rafael de la Hoz, which received a “Special Mention” from the Madrid City Council in 2002 for its modern and sustainable corporate architecture. In <\/span>Valencia<\/span><\/b>, the offices are situated on the central Avenida Blasco Iba\u00f1ez n\u00ba8, mezzanine level, similarly focused on space optimisation and efficient access.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
