PRESS RELEASE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Madrid, 30 December 2024<\/i> \u2013 PFSTECH<\/a>, the technology division of the PFS group, concludes an exceptional year with 50% growth in revenue, reaching \u20ac45 million.<\/b> This increase, 75% driven by strategic acquisitions<\/b>, consolidates its position in the Americas and Europe. EBITDA also recorded a significant rise, reaching \u20ac15 million, 40% more than in 2023.<\/p>\n International expansion and growth strategy<\/b><\/p>\n The integration of four key companies in the Americas and Europe has been fundamental to this success. These include EMC Software Jur\u00eddico<\/b>, a specialist in Artificial Intelligence and process automation for legal matters; Buro365<\/b>, a leader in credit lifecycle data management in Peru; AIS<\/b>, an expert in advanced analytics for financial entities; and INNOVA<\/b>, an Andalusian company that optimises processes for SMEs using SaaS technology.<\/p>\n \u201cThis growth is the result of our integration strategy, which has expanded our international presence and enhanced our technological offering<\/i>,\u201d says Jorge Giner Calabuig, CFO and Deputy CEO of PFSTECH.<\/p>\n The company has also maintained its commitment to innovation, allocating 5% of its revenue to R&D projects<\/b> and making a substantial investment<\/b> in staff training<\/b>. Following these integrations, PFSTECH now employs approximately 490 staff and has a presence in eight offices across six countries.<\/b><\/p>\n Looking ahead to 2025<\/b>, PFSTECH aims to reach \u20ac52 million in revenue and \u20ac20 million in EBITDA, with a 60-40 split between organic and inorganic growth.<\/p>\n With a solid presence in Spain and Latin America, the company plans to expand further into Europe<\/b>, focusing on businesses with intellectual property that allow the delivery of advanced solutions for the comprehensive management of the credit lifecycle, adds Giner.<\/p>\n eWork model: flexibility, sustainability, and efficiency<\/b><\/p>\n In 2024, PFSTECH strengthened its flexible eWork model<\/b><\/a>, enabling employees to work from anywhere with schedules tailored to their needs. This internally developed system has improved productivity and workplace wellbeing.<\/p>\n The offices in Madrid, Valencia, and Mexico<\/b> have been redesigned as collaborative and sustainable spaces, optimising resources and reducing environmental impact.<\/p>\n \u201cThe eWork model has allowed us to reduce our carbon footprint by 94%, improve work-life balance, and enhance employee satisfaction.
