Madrid, 29 July 2025<\/em> \u2013 PFS Legal<\/a> has this week formalised its complete separation from PFSTECH<\/a> through a Management Buyout<\/i> (MBO) led by its executive team: Jos\u00e9 Manuel Jim\u00e9nez, Raimo Kesti and Isabel Garc\u00eda. The three executives now become the new partners of the firm, which will henceforth operate as a fully independent entity.<\/b><\/p>\n

The operation marks the end of a process initiated over two years ago, during which both companies had already been operating with distinct structures and strategies<\/b>. The transaction, supported by investment from the management team and backing from institutions such as Santander Smart, represents a turning point in the trajectory of both organisations.<\/p>\n

The PFS brand remains with PFS Legal<\/b><\/p>\n

As part of the agreement, PFS Legal retains exclusive rights to the PFS brand<\/b>, which it will continue to use as a distinctive hallmark in the legal market. This strategic move means that PFSTECH will undertake a rebranding and repositioning process, more aligned with its international and technological profile, to be rolled out over the course of 2025.<\/p>\n

PFS Legal consolidates its position as a leading provider of legal services to corporations and financial institutions in Spain<\/b>, especially in litigation and the management of interactions with the courts. This new phase will enable PFS Legal, building on the strength of its expert legal team, to enhance its capacity for legal innovation, expand its presence in new sectors, and continue to lead the development of intelligent legal solutions supported by data, automation, and Artificial Intelligence.<\/p>\n

PFSTECH accelerates its global expansion as an independent technology company<\/b><\/p>\n

For its part, PFSTECH begins a new chapter with a distinct corporate identity, a scalable SaaS model, and operations in 27 countries<\/b>. The company serves over 500 corporate clients and 5,000 SMEs, generating the majority of its revenue outside Spain.
