PRESS RELEASE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Madrid, 6 May 2026<\/em> – ubimia\u00ae, a multinational company specialised in technological, data and artificial intelligence solutions for the comprehensive management of the credit lifecycle, has published its ESG Report 2025, which outlines the evolution of its sustainability model and its integration into the corporate strategy.<\/p>\n The document reflects how the company is incorporating environmental, social and governance criteria into decision-making and operational processes, in a context marked by increasing regulatory requirements and growing demand for transparency from the market.<\/p>\n During 2025, ubimia\u00ae has consolidated the integration of ESG as a cross-cutting axis of the 2026\u20132030 Strategic Plan, incorporating these criteria into key areas such as technological development, data management and relationships with clients and suppliers.<\/p>\n This approach responds to the need to align growth, operational efficiency and sustainability in an increasingly regulated and competitive environment.<\/p>\n One of the most relevant developments of the year has been the structuring of an artificial intelligence governance model.<\/p>\n The company has established an AI Committee and approved internal regulations aligned with the European AI Act, setting control, traceability and supervision criteria for the use of these technologies.<\/p>\n This development reinforces ubimia\u00ae\u2019s position in an environment where AI regulation and data management are gaining importance on the corporate agenda.<\/p>\n In the environmental sphere, ubimia\u00ae has completed, for the second consecutive year, the measurement of its carbon footprint under Scopes 1, 2 and 3, with a total of 136 tCO2e.<\/p>\n The company maintains the use of 100% renewable electricity and continues to promote measures aimed at energy efficiency, process digitalisation and the reduction of travel.<\/p>\n In this context, the Efficient Work (eWork) model contributes to reducing emissions associated with mobility, particularly in Scope 3, by decreasing daily commuting and enabling a more efficient organisation of work.<\/p>\n In the social sphere, the company has strengthened its policies on work-life balance, professional development and equity, supported by its Efficient Work (eWork) model.<\/p>\n This model, based on objectives and flexibility, allows work to be organised with greater autonomy, improves work-life balance and supports talent attraction and retention, integrating naturally into the company\u2019s ESG approach.<\/p>\n Among the main indicators are 98% permanent contracts, a turnover rate of 7.7% and female representation of 32.5%, above the average of the STEM sector in Spain.<\/p>\n ubimia\u00ae also continues its involvement in social action programmes in Spain and Latin America.<\/p>\n In 2025, ubimia\u00ae renewed its ISO 27001 and PCI DSS certifications and maintained, for the third consecutive year, the EcoVadis bronze medal, ranking in the 81st percentile globally.<\/p>\n These results reflect the consolidation of its governance frameworks and its alignment with international standards.<\/p>\n Looking ahead to 2026, ubimia\u00ae plans to strengthen its governance capabilities, advance ESG impact measurement and consolidate the integration of these criteria across its entire value chain, in line with regulatory requirements and market expectations.<\/p>\nubimia\u00ae integrates ESG into its business strategy and strengthens artificial intelligence governance<\/strong><\/h2>\n
