Madrid, 16 October 2025 – PFSTECH begins a new phase under the
ubimia
brand, establishing itself as a rare case in the Spanish business landscape: a Madrid-based technology company with global reach in a sector as specialised as credit. With operations in 26 countries, more than 500 corporations, 5,000 SMEs as clients and a projected turnover of €60 million in 2025, ubimia forecasts double-digit growth in the coming years.

The rebranding, unveiled on 15 October at WAH Madrid before more than 500 guests, including employees, customers, partners and investors, is part of a process of global integration of all the group’s companies and products, which are now unified under a common identity. Beyond the new name and corporate identity, the move reflects the consolidation of an international strategy that seeks to strengthen ubimia’s presence in Europe and Latin America and position itself as a leader in SaaS, data and artificial intelligence solutions applied to credit.

The new name comes from the Latin root ubi, meaning “everywhere”, and refers to the company’s ubiquity in the credit cycle, present in all phases, from origination to recovery. With this concept,
ubimia
symbolises the union of different origins under a common, global identity.

Currently, 50% of ubimia’s revenue comes from outside Spain, where the company has become a strategic partner of banks and financial institutions in key markets in Europe and Latin America.

‘We are building something unusual in Spain: a technology company with a global outlook that maintains agility and proximity to its customers, but at the same time scales up to compete head-to-head with international giants,’ Rodríguez said during the presentation.

The company has emphasised that, despite the rebranding, the management structure and founding team remain in place.

“Ubimia is the natural evolution of a project we have built step by step. We remain the same team, with the same vision and the same values,” added the CEO.

The executive also emphasised that the change is an opportunity to project the company’s true magnitude and its ability to provide integrated solutions to the outside world:

“Many customers only knew us for part of our portfolio. With ubimia, we want to show that we are involved in every stage of the credit process and that we add value at every stage.”

Looking ahead, ubimia plans to invest more than €2 million annually in intellectual property and innovation in AI applied to credit, consolidate solid double-digit growth, and strengthen its presence in Europe and Latin America, which currently accounts for 50% of its turnover.

With its new brand, ubimia has reorganised its portfolio under a unified architecture that offers customers a clearer and more comprehensive view of its solutions. The company maintains its hallmarks of agility in execution and expert knowledge of credit processes, the result of a team with extensive direct experience in the financial sector.

“This change is not a necessity, it is a recognition. What we have built needed its own name. Ubimia is that name, the expression of an identity that transcends our origins and reinforces our ambition for the future,” concluded Rodríguez.

With this new phase, Ubimia strengthens its position as one of Spain’s most internationally renowned technology companies, ready to consolidate its role as a benchmark in the credit cycle in the main global markets.
