Consequently, the user must read them carefully. The fact of accessing this Web Site implies knowledge and acceptance of the Legal Conditions, so ubimia recommends the user to read them carefully each time he/she accesses the Web Site.
ubimia may update or modify the Legal Conditions, so that the version published on the Website at the time the user accesses it or at the time he/she contracts a service shall be exclusively applicable.
