PFSTECH integrates EMC Software Jurídico, a leader in Artificial Intelligence and automation
The incorporation expands PFSTECH’s technological offering in the legal sector

Madrid, 8th October 2024 –The Spanish company PFSTECH strengthens its leadership in the LegalTech sector by integrating EMC Software Jurídico, a leader in the use of Artificial Intelligence and legal process automation. This move strengthens PFSTECH’s position in the market and enriches its technological offering by incorporating EMC’s innovative solutions, aimed at both the retail market for lawyers and procurators as well as the corporate sector of legal departments and servicers.
This move is part of PFSTECH’s strategic restructuring, initiated in 2023 with the division of PFS into two independent companies: pfsLEGAL and pfsTECH. Since then, PFSTECH has stopped offering direct legal services and has focused on supporting providers of these services through advanced technology.

With the integration of AIS in early 2024, PFSTECH expanded its capabilities in Artificial Intelligence applied to decision-making in the credit life cycle.
The incorporation of EMC Software Jurídico now adds tools such as Sísifo, Iuritex and Matilda, which automate critical tasks in legal process management, as well as IURITEX-360, a solution that complements existing systems without needing to replace them. This provides a significant competitive advantage by offering a more comprehensive range of solutions for clients in the legal and financial sectors.
